If you like To Aru Majutsu no Index or To Aru Kagaku no Railgun, this movie is something you don’t want to miss. Endymion no Kiseki is a widescreen movie of the wildly popular series: To Aru Majutsu no Index. The story revolves around Kamijou Touma, a student in Academic City with imbalance ability: his right hand can nullify any other ability. One day Touma and Index meets a street singer named Meigo Arisa. And their fateful encounter soon turns to become a mess when Styil Magnus and his three disciples appear to kidnap Arisa.

Arisa is suspected to be a saint, capable to disturb the balance between science and magic and can trigger an all-out war between the factions. Is she really a saint, or is she something else? And how is she related to the new Endymion tower in Academy City?

Story-wise, there’s nothing special about this movie. I would call it an elaborate scenario to make sure all known characters from the series get some screen time (and some action). Not that I complain about that though. I particularly love the 3-2-1 sequence of Railgun, Styil and Accelerator. Great movie !
