After last week’s Frenda, now we have Mugino-Takitsubo duo. Mugino is Meltdowner, the 4th rank level 5 in Academy City, and Takitsubo is level 4 esper with an ability to detect anyone once she sees the target once, she can detect target’s location even on the other side of the planet. If only Mikoto has Kuroko on her side now, I’m sure this battle would be much different. But still, this episode is packed with nice battle scenes.
Since there are only five level 5 espers, I guess now the only level 5 I haven’t seen is rank 2. Will he/she appear in this season of Railgun?
Actually there are 7 level 5’s. That said, only 6 of them have ever appeared in the light novels and manga. Also, #2 won’t be appearing this season. If index ever gets a season 3 I think he’ll appear there.
