Clone, but different taste? lol
Wow, I’m not even sure how should I react to this episode. The first half is very funny, almost silly, then the next half is tragedy. I mean, I’ve seen those killing scenes of Accelerator vs Misaka sisters back in To Aru Majutsu no Index (season 1), but seeing it again after those silly moments between Misaka clone and her original does bring a different vibe.
In the first half, Mikoto (the original) and one of Misaka clone are rescuing a cat together (if you can call that a rescue), eating ice cream together, fighting over a childish badge. Almost sound like they’re real sisters. It was short, but certainly enough to make Mikoto feel the bonding. What she didn’t know, is that the clone is on her way to die, not to return to lab. And then it’s those Accelerator scenes again…
