This episode is basically about reckless stupidity. So a girl goes to a fortune teller, got a clue of her brother’s location, and went straight away to “save” her brother. Knowing that she has not enough capability to do so.
In the process of her stupid action, she break school rules and almost got herself captured. As a side effect, she endangers the life of her friends too. She knows exactly that Takeshi will definitely come to play hero, on the risk of losing his own life and putting his other friends in danger.
The battle scene itself is full of questions. Imbalance super weapon plus total newbie with “strong” will to win. Seems like all that it takes to “win” is strong spirit… Nope, that’s not how this world works, my dear.
Anyway, I’m totally disappointed with this episode. Other than showing stupidity, I don’t think it serves anything significant in the story progress. And with this, I’m totally cheering for Kurumi. She’s a much better girl for a proper male hero. But then again, perhaps Kurumi is indeed too good for Takeshi.
