Shiroe is having problem in seeing the enemy’s strategy because everything seems very random. The festival is plagued by arguments and complaints everywhere, making the entire experience less enjoyable. He can see clearly that those small incidents are created by People of the Land to destroy Round Table’s reputation. What he fails to understand is what they are trying to accomplish.
The more Shiroe tries to see a pattern from those complaints, the more he can’t see anything. And those incidents are getting worse and got everyone occupied in solving them. If the enemy’s strategy is keeping people from Round Table Conference busy, they have succeeded.
Thanks to Soujirou, Shiroe finally gets an idea. The cake buffet episode two weeks ago turns out to serve a purpose more than just introducing Minori and Akatsuki ans love rival. Soujirou did the same thing as Shiroe, bringing more than one girls to the buffet and was given a lot of cakes. However, Soujirou finished the “finish the cakes” challenge by bringing more people. The same “strategy” can be applied. So if there are many issues to be solved in the festival, then just bring more people to help solving them. The best help Shiroe can get is Soujirou’s guild members (which seems to be all female and all attracted to Soujirou).
The girls from West Wind Brigade do their new “task” highly effectively. Shiroe arranges them to have “group dates” with Soujirou. In no time, a lot of issues are solved.
Our enemy this time is Lord Marves from Holy Empire Westelande. He’s one of People of the Land, but from a different kingdom. His target is to break trade treaty between Maihama and Akihabara. Since he will assume that Round Table has been taken care of, he will target the other party: the princess from Maihama who is currently an ambassador for Akihabara. Indeed he gives our Princess Lenessia quite a problem.
I am very very excited to see Shiroe taking action personally to “rescue” Lenessia instead of asking Crusty. Looking forward for interesting development next week.
