This is the BEST episode of Log Horizon as far as I can remember !
So our lazy princess goes to Akihabara and (for the first time) sees a lot of things she never imagined before. Crusty and Shiroe help to set up a stage for her to talk, to “persuade” Adventurers to help. Her speech was great. And 1,200 Adventurers join the army to kill the goblins.
I really love Princess Lenessia’s Valkyrie armor. It suits her and adds great charm to her character. I like how she tries her best to do things, despite her “true nature”. I love her reactions and gestures in this episode, including her priceless expression every-time Crusty successfully read her thoughts. I think Lenessia should give more credits to herself. She’s more capable that what she allows herself to believe.
With Crusty as the army commander, and Shiroe as the strategist, I’m so looking forward to see what kind of battle they are going to show us. I have watched this episode 5 times and still not tired of it. Next week seems to be an episode about the junior group (with Naotsugu and Marie). I haven’t found their sub-arc interesting enough to look forward to. But let’s see what will happen next week.
