Good idea for the festival.
It’s time for Sasahata Tanabata festival, and this episode is totally about the war of MgRonald’s vs Sentucky Fried Chicken. Our hero, I mean, Maou is working at MgRonald’s and currently in charge. Yet the new Sentucky Fried Chicken has all the customers (being new thing usually attracts more people).
Meanwhile, Suzuki Rika (Emilia’s colleague) is dragging Emilia and Suzuno to SFC to interrogate them about their “love triangle” with Maou. Ashiya happens to be there, on his mission spying on SFC’s weakness (Maou’s order), and joins the party. I must say, I applaud Ashiya’s explanation about Maou’s relationship with Emilia using that construction company story. Good one !
Thanks to Ashiya’s explanation, Rika now wants to see Maou personally. And the party moves to MgRonald’s. Just in time for Maou’s big plan to attract customers using the festival spirit.
