Another week of weird opponents. This time, Mizusawa’s opponent is a “brainy” school with excellent memorization capability. Thus their playing style continuously moving the karuta cards, making it harder for opponents to memorize. As usual Chihaya started bad, being intimidated by a playing style she never saw before. Thanks to Shinobu, who appeared out of nowhere, in a dramatic scene with lightning effect, lol.
Remember Arata’s stupidity from last week? Shinobu is helping him to beg for forgiveness. As much as I dislike this guy, I still kinda hope he would be allowed to play. Or this series will turn kinda dull in the sense of competitiveness.
