This is a special anime about a special class.
In Hakusenkan high school, there is a special class for the best 7 students in the whole school. They are smart, they are athletic, they excel in everything ! And so how is the friendship between smart students? Special A is a romantic yet smart anime which offers us a lot more than just high-school story. Hanazono Hikari, the main heroine, is Takishima Kei’s childhood friend and umm… rival. Yes, in study, in martial arts, they compete since they were little, and Kei always win. Always ! Now in high-school, Kei rank #1 in the whole school, and Hikari rank #2. As they continue their “competition”, Kei has developed special feeling for Hikari. Everyone knows about this except Hikari herself. Let’s say this is one of her weakness other than cooking, lol. Hikari is super sensitive when it comes to other people’s problem, but completely blind for not seeing her rival has fallen for her. Did I mentioned 7 best students? Yes, there are also the twin Megumi and Jun; and Ryuu who take care of them. You will also love Toudou Akira who likes Hikari very much; and Karino Tadashi the animal lover. To be honest, the art drawing of this anime is not really my style. But after watching the first episode, I can not resist to continue watching till the last episode. Recommended for all ages.
