Hayate, the main character, is a very unlucky boy. Both his parents are unemployed and spend anything they have in gambling. Until one day they sell Hayate to a “bad” organization as payment to their debt.
Desperately, Hayate is trying to run. Coincidentally he meets a young girl in front of vending machine. Decided to be a “bad guy”, he tries to kidnap the girl. His attempt, however, becomes a big misunderstanding. Due to wrong choices of words, the girl believes Hayate is confessing his love. And amazingly Hayate wins her heart at that instant. The girl is Sanzenin Nagi, a very rich girl who has everything but social life. Later on, Nagi gives a job to Hayate as her butler, a combat butler to protect Nagi all the time. So the story begins ^_^ Nice, funny, light, and entertaining. Recommended for age 13+ My rating : ★★★★☆ Seiyuu
