A nice anime from the creators of Ichigo 100%. When I first visited Hatsukoi Limited official website, had the impression that this is going to be another yuri anime. Every posters or advertising materials that I could find about this anime displays only a bunch of female characters with mo male character at all. I almost cancelled my plan to download this anime because I don’t feel like watching another version of Strawberry Panic or something like that.
Apparently I was wrong. These girls are completely normal. They are close friends trying hard to reach their first love. Yes, to the boys they like. The boys (even not visible in any ads) are also average boys. With their lack of self confidence, with their limited understanding of love. A certainly an “innocent” story to watch. With fascinating simple plot and likeable characters, this anime will certainly lighten your day with a smile. Too bad that the art quality is not as good as we would expect it to be. In case you have watched Ichigo 100%, this HL’s art is a bit “raw” and less in detail. Recommended for age 13+ My rating : ★★☆☆☆ Seiyuu
