This anime reminds me of the classic Neon Genesis Evangelion. Yes, we have war against some strange beings with extraordinary powers (called Angel in Evangelion, called Nova in Freezing). We also have humans equipped with something to battle with those monsters, and the equipment is actually taken from one of those monsters itself.
After several clashes with exradimensional being called Nova, mankind created a way to fight on equal term with those monsters. Pandora, a special group of female soldiers are genetically altered humans who receive stigmata implants on their backs. Each female soldier is paired with a male partner called Limiter. When a pair establish some kind of synchronization called Ereinbar Set, a limiter can cast a spell to freeze an opponent. Our hero, Aoi Kazuya, is the younger brother of Aoi Kazuha, a heroic Pandora who saved mankind on a clash with Nova eight years ago. Starting his first day in Pandora school, Kazuya mistakenly saw a girl, Satellite L. Bridgette, as his sister. I really believe that this anime could be a lot better if they focus more on the story rather than selling boobs and panty fanservices. Recommended for age 18+ (lots of blood, violence and some mild nudity). My rating : ★★☆☆☆ Seiyuu
