Still useless, Alsiel?
Meet Sariel, the pervert Archangel.
And… Suzuno suddenly turns into tsundere girl.
I have no idea how to comment on this one.
Another episode with nice battle. So Emilia and Chiho are captured by Archangel Sariel (a.k.a manager of Sentucky Fried Chicken), Chiho calls for Maou’s help, Maou comes to rescue her, Suzuno turns tsundere, and Maou fights Sariel. The twist here, is how Olga manages to escape from hospital and goes to see Lucifer, trying to team up again. In his effort, he summon the moon to get closer to Earth, and the moon is Sariel’s source of energy. Lucifer follows Olga, but with different plan. He knows that summoning moon closer will bring panic to people, thus giving sufficient energy to Maou. When Lucifer “disposes” Olga, the moon returns to normal (and so Sariel’s energy), but Maou already got his power back. The rest is just some battle scenes.
Turns out, Maou knew from the very start about Suzuno’s real identity, but decided to overlook it. And Alsiel’s sickness is due to the food Suzuno gave them contains too much “holy” energy. It acts like poison for him, a demon.
Speaking about Alsiel, last week I predicted that he will finally become useful this episode thanks for being hospitalized. I was so wrong. He’s still useless. Even Lucifer is more useful this week. This anime turns out to be a lot more interesting than what I expected.
