Railgun vs Meltdowner, part 2. With Mikoto is already exhausted after her continuous battle, she needs a strategy to survive against Mugino. And thanks to Frenda forgetting to clean up her exploding dolls, Mikoto now has an army of exploding dolls that she can control at will (she put metal in those dolls and manipulate the metal with magnetism). It was a fun battle.
Mikoto manages to knock out Meltdowner with a brilliant move. An exploding doll doesn’t have to explode. The metal inside can still hurt a lot when bumped into a person’s head. And so Mikoto manages to destroy the computer of the facility, just like she planned. Now escaping is another challenge, since Meltdowner has regained her consciousness. And she certainly is very pissed off.
Thanks to Frenda again, Mikoto manages to secure her way out. Frenda’s tapes are everywhere, including in one of the escape route. And by blowing off those tapes using electricity sparks, both level 5s lose her ground. Mikoto can easily create a “safety rope” using electricity (that’s very neat ability btw) and Mugino can only “slow down” her fall a bit, still injured when she reaches the ground.
Not really a “win” for Mikoto. But she did very well, considering all the disadvantages she had, she manages to carry out her mission to destroy the facility’s computers, and escape out alive. By the next day, the last facility is already abandoned, and the company filed out for bankruptcy. Mikoto thinks she already “defeats” them. I don’t think so. As they actually manages to secure data from the last facility.
